Subscription Policy

1. INITIAL ORDER
  • Cancellation Window: Your first subscription order is subject to our standard 1-hour cancellation window.
  • Refundability: If you cancel within this allowed timeframe and the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will process a full refund.
  • Final Sale: Once the 1-hour window expires or the order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, the Initial Order becomes non-refundable and final.
2. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS (FIRST & FUTURE)
  • The 5-Day Rule: To prevent an automatic renewal and the creation of a new order, you must cancel your subscription no later than 5 days prior to the next scheduled renewal date.
  • First Renewal: The first automatically created renewal after your initial order is non-refundable, even if it has not shipped yet, unless cancelled at least 5 days in advance.
  • Future Renewals: All subsequent renewals are strictly non-refundable once the order has been generated.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancelling your subscription after an order has already been created only stops future cycles. The order that has already been generated remains active, non-refundable, and will be processed for shipment.
3. CANCELLATION PROCESS
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
  • Please note that existing orders (Initial, First Renewal, or subsequent renewals already generated) remain active and will be processed regardless of the cancellation of the subscription plan.
4. SIGNED UP BY MISTAKE
  • If you subscribed by mistake, you must notify our support team within the same 1-hour timeframe as your Initial Order.
  • If notified within this window and the order has not been fulfilled, we will cancel the subscription and refund the Initial Order. After this timeframe, all existing orders are non-refundable.
